CADENZA MAC PRIVACY POLICY Sept. 20, 2024


Cadenza uses "Sign in with Apple" to sign users in and create user
accounts if necessary.  The email address used in the sign in process
will be the Cadenza user ID.  User data will not be shared with any
3rd party and will be used only for improving the app and optimizing
the user's experience within the app.  This includes user data
provided during the "Sign in with Apple" process, metadata collected
on usage patterns, user audio data uploaded to our servers, and any
additional data the user may choose to associate with the account such
as instrument, city, and country.  A user may make completely free use
the app as a "guest," without creating an account, though only with
access to a limited range of music content.  Only users with accounts
can purchase a Cadenza subscription, available through in-app purchase.
The Cadenza subscription allows access to all content legally
available under the copyright restrictions in your country.

Cadenza allows users to upload audio performances to our cloud server
which can be shared with others through a public URL.  No audio data
will be uploaded except when explicitly directed by the user.  The
user can choose to delete the uploaded audio data from our server at
any time within the app.  

We are in compliance with the EU GDPR data privacy regulations (EU)
2016/679.
